Gorilla Progress Picture


A miniature exhibition is coming up so I started this gorilla portrait for it. The piece is 5"x7" and since I'm not used to working so small, I decided to put down fragments of actual photos of gorillas to aide me in the composition of this piece. You can see I haven't quite collaged every spot, but I'm getting there.

I'm realizing I've really been slacking on the posts in October. Let's hope November will be better.

you're really capturing the essence of this gorilla. i've been slacking most of the summer. given a choice between outside activities and blogging i've opting for exercise!!
